Join Vanessa for the Mat Pilates Series designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, stanima and enhance body awareness. Led by certified pilates instructor, this series will blend the traditional Pilates sequence with contemporary excercises to create a dynamic and engaging workout suitable for all fitness levels.

In this class, you will focus on controlled movements, developing the muscles of the body in a consistent way. Pilates is known for its transformative effects on the body, promoting long, lean muscles and increased mobility.

Whether you're new to Pilates or seeking to deepen your practice, this class offers personalized attention and modifications to suit individual needs. Expect to leave feeling energized, centered, and empowered.

Pilates Series

with Alex May15-June 22nd 5:30-6:30pm SPRUCELAND STUDIO

In this beginner series, Alex will cover the basics of yoga including movement, breath work and meditation. Classes will begin with centering and stillness, followed by movement into basic yoga poses and we will finish with a guided savasana meditation. The classes will gradually develop over the series.
This series is great for beginners or those looking to go back to the basics!

This series is just $65 for 6 classes. If you miss a class there are no partial refunds and no “make ups”

FatChanceBellyDance®Style (formerly American Tribal Style®) is a modern, group improvisational style of belly dance created by Carolena Nericcio.

FCBD®Style is a fusion dance form. The movements are inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East, North Africa, Spain, and India. It is a uniquely modern creation that does not represent an “authentic" dance from any particular region.

FCBD®Style is a method of improvisational choreography, using a vocabulary of natural movements and cues allowing the dancers to communicate via gesture and eye contact when dancing together.

For this session, we are inviting all with interest to try out the classes, whether you have had no experience with the format, or whether you are experienced and just wanting to refresh your improv. dance skills!"

Exploring the Chakra’s

Chakra Yoga: Wheels of Energy and Wellness
with Ren Stelmuschuk

Join Ren for an exciting tour through the chakras, the body’s energy centers, in this four part workshop  

We will explore the energy centres in the body through various yoga asanas, philosophy and holistic health principles. Each class will begin with a brief overview of the chakra and its role in the energy body, followed by movement practice, pranayama (breath work), and finishing with kundalini yoga chants.  These classes will benefit participants by deepening their knowledge of the body and the Ancient Yoga philosophies of chakras, kundalini, and Patanjali’s yoga sutras and the 8 limbs of yoga.

8 Class Barre Series

Low impact, fun, effective and empowering!  This workout style is set to a special playlist to assist in digging deep and having a great time doing it!

The classes are 45 mins and will get the FULL body in each session but the emphasis will be on the back, biceps and booty!  

Barre is a combination of yoga, pilates, ballet inspired movement, and traditional weight training. This series will be offered live and recorded so you can enjoy these workouts again and again!

Back, Biceps & Booty

Ten classes total. This online series consists of five 20 minute invigorating practices intended to get you ready for whatever comes your way, as well as, five 20 minute classes to nourish your nervous system and calm your body and mind.

Whether you are craving some slow gentle movement for a short bit of time, or a spicy flow to kick start your day, the Power and Peace Series is a great option to have in your back pocket.
