Heartfelt Reviews from 2023 Nurtured by Nature Guests

Here is a summary of my experience: Uproarious laughter & unexpected tears, calm meditation & lively movement, outdoor exploration & inner speculation, exhilarating cold plunges & sumptuous sauna lounges, thoughtful conversations & silent meditation, sound baths, vinyasa, barre, & yin. The 2023 Nurtured by Nature weekend was full of varied experiences spent with a beautiful group of strong, independent women.

Rachelle has a knack for creating a welcoming and warm community of yogis and she was most definitely the common thread that wove a diverse group of women and experiences together.

Northaven is a lodge housed with high quality organic bedding in private rooms meant to encourage grounding, infrared therapy lights designed for warmth and the elimination of stress, immaculate common rooms for group dining and lounging, and a yoga studio that allows you to drink in the stunning forest and mountainous surroundings.

I can’t think of a better combination! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is willing to let go of their inhibitions to get closer to nature and fall into a fold of nurturing humans.”

-Tracy Seiter

My feedback to Rachelle is when is the next one happening! So much planning went into this and was so wonderfully curated and thought out, I loved every minute of it! Thank you for planning and running such a wonderful retreat and for the retreat to be all sunset members made it so much more meaningful as you will see everyone at the studio and around PG. The retreat Centre was really great venue to host this in, I understand they are still building and its only the first year open but I am excited to see what the future holds for the retreat. The location was great for being nurtured by nature with beautiful mountains and greenery. I was really impressed by the rooms and the features of the grounding mats and red lights. It would be nice to have an outdoor area or patio for yoga in the future, but for being the first year open I am sure there are big plans for the retreat. The sauna and plunge pools where also fun and nice treat after yoga and free time.
