Relax & Stretch

This class is beneficial and accessible for all levels, from new to advanced.

During this gentle class we move through poses slowly and softly, allowing for a good stretch while staying in a relaxed state.  We always use a number of props to assist in passive postures and focus on our breath using it as a tool to stay calm and feel nourished.

Each instructor brings their individual personality and style to this class.  Expect to leave feeling calm, peaceful, and at ease in body and mind.

Yin & Deep Release

Yin Yoga
A passive practice mainly done on the floor with the use of props for support.  Yin can be gentle or a challenging, the intensity is always up to you.  Each posture is held for 2-7 minutes which helps access our deeper tissues: Connective, ligaments, and facia.

Deep Release

Using a lacrosse ball during Yin postures for myofascial release. This class is highly recommended if you suffer from tightness in the hips and shoulders, and enjoy deep tissue massage.

Modo INSPIRE

Modo yoga is intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Each class is based on a sequence of 40 postures.

Each class will have a similar set sequence of standing, seated, and reclined postures. After spending 3-5 breaths in each shape you can expect to move through a flow. An acceptable class for beginners looking for a challenge. This class is heated to 40 degrees

Vinyasa- Feel Good Flow

Vinyasa

An all time favourite for many! Synchronizing breath with movement, this class has a fluid, fun, progressive style that improves cardio vascular health and increases ability to balance.  Each instructor has their own flavour, we know you will find a flow that feels just right for you.

Feel Good Flow

A slowed down version of Vinyasa.  Accessible for all levels. This class is dynamic and fluid, you will leave feeling stretched from head to toe and new sense of connection to your self.

ASHTANGA

Enrich yourself with mental clarity & inner peace as we create a strong moving meditation with Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga is a dynamic flow of a set of postures with breath movement in a disciplined manner. It is a union of the eight limbs of yoga into one complete holistic system.

Ashtanga philosophy is to integrate all of the eight limbs of yoga which includes YAMA (moral codes), NIYAMA (self-discipline), ASANA (posture), PRANAYAMA (breath control), PRATYAHARA (sense withdrawal), DHARNA (concentration), DHYANA (meditation), SAMADHI (oneness with the self).

Flow & Glow

This class offers the best of both worlds, movement and meditation. This all levels offering intentionally weaves in fluid sequencing and gentle flow to release stuck tension in the body and mind. The instructor will then guide you through a peaceful meditation which can support the feeling of a sense of calm and ease. Great for folks who have trouble quieting the mind.

Radiant Rest 75 Min

Yoga has been a practice of finding unity within oneself for thousands of years.  Yoga stems from the root work for union or to “yoke” together. To balance the external experiences of business, action, movement – “yang” energy – it is key to honour and cultivate space for the inner experiences of quiet, stillness and reflection – “yin” energy.  This is the mission of this class: To balance the Whole Being – Body, Mind, Emotion and Spirit.

The body is lead to paces of tranquillity through various asanas (postures/positions). These positions are held for a few minutes to promote deep stretching, quiet stillness, and to promote a deepening calm.  Yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and reflection provide tranquility and reflection for the mental and emotional aspects of holistic being.

Happy Hips

The hips are such an important part of our body, they are built to move and they function much more effectively when they are balanced, not too tight, not too flexible. This class helps to achieve harmony in the hips. It is a Hatha/Yin style, meaning poses are held a little longer and there is more time spent in the shapes rather than flowing between them. A wonderful class for anyone who has ever said “I have tight hips” or “My back hurts.” This all levels class will assist you in saying “I have Happy Hips!”

Barre

Offered Monday Wednesday and Friday, Barre is sure to build some heat and leave you feeling empowered and strong. Barre is a combination of strengthening exercises that are inspired by yoga, ballet, and pilates.  We always start with a quick warm up, then use body weight (or light dumbbells) to strengthen upper and lower body, then we dig deep into the core. This class makes you forget your working out, its so fun

Hatha for All

All levels welcome to this beginner friendly class. Expect to explore standing, seated, balance and kneeling postures. Silvia guides this offering in a slow and gentle manner. Hatha for All features a nourishing mix of holding asana's (postures) , flow, meditation, some mantras , and of course ending with a lovely temple ajna chakra massage with essential oil during shavasana

Wake Up Great

This is the best way to start the day. Gentle movements, connection to breath, and warmth! We love starting our day with you. Expect to flow through a number of standing, seated and knealing postures.
