Your personalized class may include both reformer and mat exercises. 

Important info:

Payment is to be made when you arrive to the studio with cash or credit card

No show fee is $30

Late Cancel fee (shorter then 6 hours before the class) is $15

Please arrive 5 mins before your class, and be ready to go.  Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in.
