Baby and Me Pilates Series

With Vanessa

This 6 week series is for new parents to rebuild strength after childbirth while incorporating their baby for some exercises. These classes combine gentle, low-impact Pilates exercises for the caregiver with activities that engage the baby, providing a supportive environment for bonding and connecting with other parents. Each class will focus on restorative postpartum safe exercises to strengthen and connect to core, improve posture and help with overall recovery after birth. No previous Pilates experience needed.

What to expect in a class

~ Focus on postpartum recovery: Strong emphasis on strengthening and connecting to your core and pelvic floor.

~Baby-friendly environment: Baby will be held in your arms, placed on mat or blanket next to you or put into a baby carrier.

~Recommended for people who are 6 weeks postpartum and have gotten doctor clearance. Babies who are 6 weeks old to pre-crawling.

Baby and Me Series

With Shelley Anderson Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am

This series uses yoga postures into which parents gently guide their baby. These postures improve digestion, relieve gas pains and mild colic, improve sleep, help with parent/child bonding, and many other benefits. We also include yoga for you, the parent, to relieve the changes in your body you experienced from having given birth or from the changes in how you now use your body (lifting, carrying, holding a baby, etc.), and to relieve stress. Shelley incorporates her joy of working with babies and their parents into the practice along with her knowledge of infant development, infant massage, and yoga for adults. This is gentle practice and a great way to connect with your baby and other parents. No prior yoga experience needed.

Full Moon Ceremony

Sunday February 1st 7pm with Trysh

In this Full Moon ceremony, we’ll move through breathwork, gentle somatic practices, Kundalini, and a guided meditation to help you drop in to your body and connect more deeply with your passion and purpose. You’ll also receive a few journal prompts to take home so the energy of the full moon can continue supporting you after we close.

Whether you’ve attended moon ceremonies before or are just curious to explore, you’ll be guided step by step in a safe, supportive space.
