Prenatal Yoga Series
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm May 14th-June 18th
Can only attend Beginner Series one time
In this beginner series, Melissa will cover the basics of yoga including movement, breath work and meditation. Classes will begin with centering and stillness, followed by movement into basic yoga poses and we will finish with a guided savasana meditation. The classes will gradually develop over the series.
This series is great for beginners or those looking to go back to the basics!

The only thing better then warm weather, is being able to enjoy our fitness classes outdoors!

Class starts promptly at 7pm at the white bridge in Rainbow Park.

Join the Sunset Studio Instructors in beautiful Rainbow Park for an all levels Yoga Class. Proceeds collected stay in our community to support the animals at the PG Humane Society.
Lululemon will be on location and gifting a free yoga mat to one participant.

Join Rachelle for a 5 Part Progressive Pilates Series to learn how to activate your deep core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and load your abdominals in a variety of ways while keeping your back and other joints safe.
This series is geared towards ANYONE but can be especially helpful for folks who have been pregnant or who would benefit from a low impact workout.

Feel to Flow is a unique group experience that blends the insight of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) with the grounding and expressive practices of somatic yoga flow.
In this session, we explore the emotional messenger within—nurturing a relationship with our emotions that allows us to engage with them as wise communicators of our needs, values, and desired actions.
Through psychoeducation on the function of emotion, reflective discussion, and embodied movement, participants will learn to attune to their emotional signals with curiosity and compassion—building greater trust in their emotional compass.

Baby and Me Series
With Shelley Anderson Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am
This series uses yoga postures into which parents gently guide their baby. These postures improve digestion, relieve gas pains and mild colic, improve sleep, help with parent/child bonding, and many other benefits. We also include yoga for you, the parent, to relieve the changes in your body you experienced from having given birth or from the changes in how you now use your body (lifting, carrying, holding a baby, etc.), and to relieve stress. Shelley incorporates her joy of working with babies and their parents into the practice along with her knowledge of infant development, infant massage, and yoga for adults. This is gentle practice and a great way to connect with your baby and other parents. No prior yoga experience needed.

Kirtan, or chanting mantra in a group, is a powerful way to connect with your heart, calm your mind, and experience a sense of community and spiritual connection.

That's what kirtan is like. You don't need to be a "good singer" or have any musical experience to participate in kirtan. It's about surrendering to the moment, letting go of your inhibitions, and allowing the mantra to transport you to a deeper state of consciousness.
