      <image:caption>Rachelle began her teaching journey in 2016 with the intention to share her love of intuitive movement. Her passionate nature is infused into her teachings, enveloping her students in an atmosphere thats welcome and warm. Known for her high vibrational teaching and direct cues she inspires and encourages her students with fluidity and grace. In Rachelle’s classes she invites her students to focus on sensations, enabling them to get into their body and out of their heads. Her approach to teaching allows students to leave class with a sense of pure satisfaction and joy.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Silvia. Silvia has been teaching yoga since 2013 after practicing asanas ( postures) for over 10 years to overcome the pain from a spinal arthritis in which no other remedy or intervention helped. This prompted her to become an instructor so she could help others with health related issues. She never imagined that the asanas were only the tip of the ice berg and that the yogic path is life transforming. She sees yoga as a means to cultivate an inward journey to self awareness, to strengthen and heal the body and being able to relax into and experience the joy and peace of spirit . She completed her training in BC - SOYA ( South Okanagan Yoga Academy) achieving her 200 RYT as well as in India at the Paramanada Institute of Science and Yoga- achieving her 500 RYT and yoga therapy certificate, as well as completing a certificate in Chair Yoga at Semperviva Yoga Studio. Silvia has taught both in Prince George and Montreal.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Karen. I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional training in sound healing, and I love creating classes that feel welcoming, grounding, and real. For me, yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about connecting breath, mind, and body in a way that helps you feel more like yourself. One of my favorite parts of teaching is the sense of community, the Sangha, that builds within the space. Every class has its own energy, shaped by the people in it, and I’m always inspired by what each student brings. I aim to create an environment where you can show up as you are, move at your own pace, and explore what feels good for you. Whether we’re flowing, slowing down, or dropping into sound, my intention is to help you reconnect, reset, and leave feeling a little more balanced.</image:caption>

When I first came to Yoga it was simply for the purpose of balancing my physical training with some “stretching” and to help heal and maintain the body from years of distance running and bodybuilding. However, as I continued to practice yoga, I discovered that it was much more than just increasing flexibility! Yoga truly is the balancing of mind, body and spirit! As I went through a very stressful time in my life including relocating to Prince George from my community of Mackenzie where I had resided for twenty years, I found that yoga, mindfulness practice and meditation afforded me the ability to not only cope with the stress but emerge from this time with inner strength and peace.</image:caption>

A regular yoga practice has helped John restore lost flexibility in the mind and body and cultivate a higher level of acceptance and self-awareness. John completed his 200hr Yoga certification in Costa Rica under the guidance of Toronto-based teacher Donny Day. In 2025, John completed his 200hr Core Method Pilates certification under the guidance of Rhona Parsons. In addition to Yoga and Pilates, John is passionate about many outdoor pursuits, including skiing, hockey, fly fishing, camping and hiking. Brooklyn is a certified yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher with a passion for holistic healing, nervous system regulation, mental health, and the profound wisdom of the body. She is fascinated with how the mind, body, emotions and spirit are all closely connected and contribute to our vitality and wellbeing. The body is always speaking through different messengers and cues; sometimes, the wild ride of life can cover up those signals and the body adjusts by compensating or experiencing chronic &amp; autoimmune ailments, pain, injury, digestion or mood troubles, and more. On her own journey of healing and recovery of significant health challenges, Brooklyn has explored a wide variety of different healing modalities over the last 15 years, yoga and meditation being highly effective for her. She loves the way she feels when she takes the time on her mat to bring her mind, body, heart and soul back into harmony and she loves the mental health benefits she gets from practicing, too; it truly can be a profound experience. Her personal journey continually inspires a thirst for learning about body mechanics, anatomy and strength, nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, the nature of the human condition and expression through activity, play, presence and joy.
